Fruit pearls are made from real fruit juice, so they contain about 50% less sugar than most products on the market. They bring a fruity and naturally coloured touch to your bubble tea or pearl tea.
Popping Boba with natural flavours and no artificial colouring
At My Bubble Tea, we choose quality by offering fruit pearls with natural flavours. So our flavours come from natural products to get them as close as possible to the original fruit. Our fruit pearls are made without artificial colouring. This guarantees that no dyes, especially not the ones known as "azoic" which are suspected of causing hyperactivity in children, are used in the fruit pearls you consume.
Making Mango Bubble Tea
Bubble Tea or Pearl Tea is a drink which comes to us from Taiwan. It's a mixture of green or black tea, syrup, fruit or tapioca pearls and possibly milk. For one glass of bubble tea, measure out about 30g of fruit pearls.
Ingredients:Water, fructose, mango juice (14.5%), starch, acidity regulator: calcium lactate, acidifier: citric acid, gelling agent: sodium alginate, mango flavour, thickener: xanthan gum, colouring: carotene, antioxidant: vitamin C, sweetener: sucralose, preservative: potassium sorbate.
Storage: Store in a dry place away from light. After opening, keep in the fridge and consume within 7 days for 450g formats and within 30 days for 3.2kg formats.
Please note that, due to their diameter and texture, fruit pearls are not suitable for children under 4 years old.
